Living in the hustle and bustle of Chennai traffic can be tiresome. Thanks to exoticamp I got the chance to get away from the mundane and enjoy two days of adventure and fun. The memories and the people I met with are gonna stay with me forever. As a solo traveller I felt at ease and enjoyed the most of what this trip had to offer. I am really glad for the split second decison I made because I have innumerable memories that I will never part with. I would recommend this is to any traveller who enjoys thrilling hikes and spectacular views. And thanks to Lakshmi Narayanan and Gayathri for hosting us.
It was such a adventurous,thrilled and safe camping experience ever had before and thanks to exoticamp who made us come out of regular routine. Adventurous activities ???? fun-filled memories,food was tasty,campfire in rain and tent stay chancey ilaa. Special thanks to hosts who guided us throughout the camping. This is my second trip with Exoticamp. As a solo female traveller I always wanted it to be safe and also to be fun and somehow I came across Exoticamp and started my camping journey with them. As mentioned they never put me down since i felt safe and also had fun at the same time. #Jawadh Hills - Mountain trek was a great getaway from your worklife with lots of new things to experience like Caravan life, Kayaking and specially Trekking was so good with the lovely locals and a cute Mr. Karuppu (dog) as a guide. Food was decent and taste at the same time. I highly recommend this to my other female travellers and also to other solo travellers where Exoticamp not only made it happen for young people also made the Travelling possible for families and also for the Young parents where cutiee babies from age 1 also became a customer of Exoticamp. Thank you guys for making this happen and looking forward to travel a lot in future with Exoticamp. The mantra i believe in camping is you go as "Me" and comeback as "We" with loads of memories for life.... ?????? #travel #makememories
Exoticamp adventures : I have been following this page on instagram for around 2 years , Liking posts and thinking I might join any of the trip in future ! Finally It happened somehow and I got to be a part of it ! Jawadd hills - Really at first I was hesitant about the location thinking there won't be much to do ! Yet it's exoticamp , the one that I was obsessed with , so I did not want to miss this chance ! I have been to camping before and this is not my frst time ! Not at all exaggerating , but it was far beyond my expectations ! And the place was really was beautiful , specially at the night ! This lockdown had really made me lose touch with people , with WFH and all , talking to people became very rare ! The main thing that inspires me to travel is to connect with people and that's the only thing that I expect in any camping ! With that as a main theme , Exotic camp stood unqiue among others ! Food ? Safety ? Fun ? Adventure? Organised? And what not ! ?? We were a group of 3 girls , each and everyone in the group made us feel so comfortable ! Even more we felt so safe ! I was out in the open till 4:00 Am gazing at the beautiful stars without any fear ! What else do you need ???? Strongly recommended for all travelers out there ! Doesn't matter if u r a Family , Solo traveller , squad..at the end all become so connected that there will not be any difference at all ! Ours also the same , we joined the troop as complete strangers but parting ways was really difficult ! I wish we humans have some capacity to stop time then and there or atleast to relive our favourite moments ! But afterall we are humans ! The maximum we can do is capture the beauty in our eyes , store the memories in our heart and replay it again and again over time ! We all Parted ways with " ????????? ???? ???????" A Truly Exotic experience!! The organisers Lakshmi Narayan and Gayathri were very supportive and ensured all our requests were met????. The camp site and tents were clean, with spectacular views with hygienic and tasty food served????. We made wonderful friends and memories with everyone including the hosts who ensured we interacted well????. The forests, hikes, trails and path to the waterfalls were all adventurous and felt close to nature making it a truly raw and unique experience. Highly recommended for female travellers. Safe, Secure and well organised camping experience with unlimited fun and memories??
It was my first trip to Jawadhu hills with the Exotic camp team and it was the best decision I made! Ms.Ancy and Mr. Srini were wonderful hosts and took care of our safety and needs throughout that trip. They made sure the trip was fun from the start to the end. It was a good break with a lovely bunch of people in a calm and serene place. I learned Kayaking, met new people, did a small hike, experienced tent stay, and had a fun campfire night! This camp was about dwelling in nature. This off-beat spot near Chennai is a must-visit. It was nothing short of exotic :)
Meghalaya(Nov 13-19): This trip is very close to my heart as i am surprised to see such clean and beautiful landscapes in India. Simply wow! Places and stay were awesome, Even if you are a solo traveller or likes to take road less travelled, (No one to interrupt ur photos!), then ‘Exoticamp’ is the only choice. Their itinerary is very unique and not a hectic one, as u can enjoy as vacation & sight seeing + trek. Amused to see one of the world’s cleanest river ‘Umngot’ which we can literally able to see underneath. Beautiful waterfalls everywhere to refresh ourselves thought out the trip. Most Favourite part is the trek to ‘Nongriat’ village and stayed with native people were awesome and we all closely attached with native tribal kids where we felt very emotional on last day of village as we about to leave. Above all, the fellow travellers(i.e Fans of exoticamp who travels for every camp) were very friendly and felt not like strangers. So over all, i found a budget friendly trip organiser & travel partners for my future trip/treks
Wonderful Experience on a first visit. I always have had a doubt whether it would be safe and secure to travel with family. But after camping - I would say to the ppl having the same thought: "Pls delete it from your mind" and have a good time. The way the Host is engaging/ supporting the group is definitely commendable..2x times worth the money you pay.. Looking forward to travel more campsites with them !!
As a woman in India, I have always wondered if I can explore these nature camps , safely, alone. Exoticamp hosts seemed to read my mind and they have been taking absolute care of it. They even ensured that we reached home safe, as we got into the cab by 2 am while returning, real eerie hours . Kolli hills is a less crowded , real epitome of Nature ...Thanks to Exoticamp for this memorable experience in Kolli hills trip.
