About the campsite

We are in the middle of Southwest Monsoon & water has started gushing into all the waterfalls, rivers and streams. This presents us with a fantastic opportunity to get drenched in those beautiful waterfalls, taking numerous dips in quaint little streams, get soaked to the bone in rains and more importantly 'RAFTING'. Yes! Rafting season has begun in Coorg. Rafting in Coorg is a must do in South India & an experience you will cherish. This Independence Day long weekend, get ready to get your adrenaline pumping by rafting through rapids & camping at a serene coffee plantation.

The rafting stretch lies on the upper section of the ferocious Barapole River of Coorg, famous for its turbulence and gradient that flows through the dense forests of Brahmagiri Wild Life Sanctuary.

Rafting session includes briefing, a drill and the run that will take you in the river. The river starts with a small pool for training and drills & then the first rapid which is called Morning Coffee a level 2, and there after you hit the Grass Hopper level 3, Ramba Samba level 2, Wicked Witch level 3 and finally through the Big Bang which is of level 4. Rafting sessions are led by professionals who are international river guides with qualified skills who are well versed with safety procedures and first aid training.

About the Camp spot:
Tucked from all the mainstream tourists attractions of Coorg lies a picturesque camping facility surrounded by coffee, Palm Plantations & paddy fields.

Spend your long weekend lazing around chasing ducks & swans, picnicking by a small lake, walking through sprawling plantations, sitting around campfire, sharing stories, savoring authentic coorgi cuisine and also get to see the adventure side of Coorg by going white water rafting, bathing in wild streams & waterfalls & visiting few marquee attractions of Coorg.
Post campfire there is also a music and dance session where you get to let your hair down and dance.
You could taste local Coorgi delicacy - Pork and Non-Alcoholic wine at an additional cost.

Day 1

Noon:

Check In Start from Bangalore early in the morning at 6.00 am and reach campsite for lunch. Check-in to the campsite, get your tents allotted and finish your lunch

White Water Rafting
Post lunch start from the campsite for white water rafting

Night:

Campfire
Return from rafting, freshen-up and get ready for a fun music & dance session over campfire

Day 2

Morning:

Kayaking
Wake-up, finish breakfast & indulge in Kayaking (within the campsite)

Noon:

Sight Seeing
Post kayaking, head to Madikeri to visit some of the marquee attractions of Coorg

Night:

Campfire
Return from Madikeri tour, freshen-up and get ready for another campfire & music night

Day 3

Morning:

Stream Visit
Wake-up and take refreshing dips in the seasonal stream that flows beside the campsite.

Noon:

Check Out Post breakfast, check-out of the campsite

Waterfalls Visit
Visit iruppu falls for an ice cold dip and proceed towards Bangalore

Rafting is not included. Rafting charges are additional. Campers can decide and pay at the campsite for rafting (Rs.1200/person)
Stay will be in Dome Tents. Swiss Tents have been sold out.

Option 2: We assist you to book buses to Bangalore. Pay us on actuals + the van cost Rs.2200

Cancellation Policy:

75% refund for all cancellations done 7 days before the date of stay
No refund for cancellations within 7 days from the date of stay
Booking dates cannot be transferred / rescheduled
Incase of govt. imposed lockdowns full refund minus 10% (GST + Service Charge) will be made
Refunds if any will be credited to the source account in 7 working days
