If you are a rain lover, these words would ring a bell in your head. Close your eyes and imagine being drenched by soothing rains, in the middle of nowhere, with just the western ghats, monsoon clouds, raindrops, lush greenery & the sight of numerous random mini waterfalls for company.
Presenting a once in a lifetime monsoon camping trip to Lonavala. A trip that will take you through beautiful winding ghat roads amidst pitter pattering rains, a trip that will let you camp at a breathtaking campsite & enjoy the monsoon like never before.
The entire trip would be dotted with rain lovers classic like driving through rain, with your favorite music on, Stopping by at chai shops to sip piping hot teas & munch pakodas, rain walks and more.

Pune is well connected by Train & Flight from Major cities of India
There are direct volvo buses to Pune from Hyderabad & Mumbai. There are direct flights to Pune from Chennai, Bangalore etc.
Reach Pune & avail pick up provided by us at an added cost of Rs.3200 (Pune to Pune including internal transfers)
You can also choose to drive on your own. Locations will be shared.
Once can also Reach Pune by Air/Train and hire a self driving car

Day 1

Morning:

Transfer
Reach Pune airport/railway station(on your own) & post breakfast; get picked up by 10am & drive towards Lonavala. You can either choose to drive on your own vehicle or avail transport from us at an added cost. (SUV/Tempo Traveller)

Check In Check in to a scenic camp beside Pawna lake and relax

Fort Visit
Have Lunch and go on an adventurous trek to Tikona fort. Navigate through lush greenery and rocky terrain. Reach the summit and be rewarded with panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscapes that will take your breath away.

Campfire
Return from the trek for Snacks, Campfire, BBQ and Music. Finish dinner post campfire & retire into your tents.

Day 2

Morning:

Sight Seeing
Finish breakfast & drive to Bhaja caves and then have lunch.

Noon:

Fort Visit
Post lunch head to the beautiful Lohgad fort.

Campfire
Return to campsite for another bonfire night followed by dinner

Day 3

Morning:

Waterfalls Visit
Wake up to the beautiful sunrise and have tea/coffee and breakfast. Get ready to head to the waterfalls close to the campsite(depending on the weather)

Sight Seeing
Post waterfall visit, head to Rajmichi point, Tiger point. Have lunch and then head to Visapur fort. Later, indulge in some Lonavala Chikki shopping

Night Hike
Reach camp and go for a night walk around the campsite. Have Dinner and stay in the tents.

Day 4

Morning:

Lake Kayaking
Finish breakfast & enjoy a session of kayaking in Pawana lake

Noon:

Check Out Return from Kayaking, freshen up, check-out and head to Bedsa caves.Drive via Mumbai-Pune Expressway and get dropped at Pune airport/railway station by 4 pm.

This would be a monsoon edition. Expect rains.

You can pay 3500 + 8% non-refundable advance and block your slots.

This is a non-refundable/non-transferrable advance paid towards blocking slots for Lonavala-Monsoon Camping. The paid advance is adjusted against the total event cost. The remaining amount to be paid a week before the event.

Cancellation Policy:

75% refund for all cancellations done 7 days before the date of stay
No refund for cancellations within 7 days from the date of stay
Booking dates cannot be transferred / rescheduled
Incase of govt. imposed lockdowns / Covid disruptions, option to reschedule booking to any other date within a year will be given. No refund will be issued.
Refunds if any will be credited to the source account in 7 working days

How to get here?

1) Drive to the campsite on your own Car.
2) You can also reach Pune airport and avail SUV pickup and drop - Pune airport to airport - for 4 days for Rs.3200/seat.
3) Reach Pune by Air/Train and hire a self driving car.

Pickup & Drop point: Pune Airport
Pickup Timing : Day 1 - 10.00 am
Drop Timing : Day 4 - 4 pm

Book flights which are reaching Pune on Day 1 before 10:00 am.
& Leaving Day 4 after 4 pm from Pune.

If no direct flights available during the suggested time, you can reach earlier or a day before and book a stay near Pune airport.
There are many budget hotel options available.

Wonderful experience with full of memories, that breath taking location in lonavala monsoon drive with the best campers around made one of my best experiences. I joined the Pune-Lonavala monsoon trip with Exoticamp recently and it will definitely go down as the best vacation so far. The energy level and attitude of the team is infectious. The offbeat places they take are scenic beauties seen only on wallpapers so far. The day 3 camp at Khopoli was out of the world experience. Numerous waterfalls, lake bath, trekking, campfire, games and music made this trip truly EXOTIC!!!! Would definitely recommend Exoticamp to all nature loving solo or family travelers.

One of best trips ive been to is with exoticamp (Lonavala) ,they really mean it by the word "off beat locations " .Huge credit to the organizers who strive their best keep your energy levels at all time high. The locations are so scenic ,it takes your mind off regardless of whichever state you arrive in :) From time of arrival till departure the experience was blissfull . I would highly recommend exoticamp to anyone just for the experience.
