75% refund for all cancellations done 7 days before the date of stay
No refund for cancellations within 7 days from the date of stay
Booking dates cannot be transferred/rescheduled
In the case of govt. imposed lockdowns / Covid disruptions, an option to reschedule booking to any other date within a year will be given. No refund will be issued.
Refunds if any will be credited to the source account in 7 working days

By Road:
1) You can also reach Pune by road from Home or other nearby cities in Maharashtra. Here are the directions from Pune:
- Start from your location in Pune and head towards the Pune-Bangalore Highway (NH48).
- Continue on NH48, and take a left pass by the Girija foam washing center area.
- Drive on Bhor Road (SH108) for about 30 kilometers.
- Turn right to Malawadi Rd, which leads to Campsite. Follow the signboards and ask for directions from locals if needed.

By Air:
1) The nearest airport is Pune Airport (formerly known as Lohegaon Airport).
2) You can hire a taxi or bike from the airport to reach the campsite. The distance between Pune Airport and the campsite is approximately 50 kilometers, and the journey may take around 1.5 to 2 hours by road (depending on traffic conditions).

By Train:
1) The nearest major railway station is Pune Junction.
2) From Pune Junction, you can hire a taxi or bike to reach the campsite. The distance between Pune Airport and the campsite is approximately 50 kilometers, and the journey may take around 1.5 to 2 hours by road (depending on traffic conditions).
