Day 1

Noon:

Check In Check-in at Yelagiri Campsite, Registration is between 3:30 to 5:30 pm, followed by tea and snacks will be provided.

Relax
Get introduced to our team members and get your tent allocated..

Lantern Flying
Experience the lantern flying into the sky followed by a briefing that will be given for the next 4 days.

Campfire
Enjoy a campfire session with BBQ. Watch your favourite movie/songs / Series on a projector screen followed by dinner

Day 2

Morning:

Sunrise Hike
Start your day with a guided Sunrise hike. Post-hike return to the campsite, Refresh and have breakfast

Bird Park Visit
Explore the famous bird park, home to exotic and rare species of birds, reptiles and animals. and enjoy a relaxing lunch.

Tent Pitching
Learn tent-pitching techniques and enjoy a fun competition to see who can pitch a tent the best. It's an essential skill for camping.

Telescope Stargazing
Marvel at the celestial wonders during an evening stargazing session followed by a delicious Veg BBQ and Veg dinner.

Day 3

Morning:

Hiking
Begin the day with a refreshing Nature hike. Return to the campsite and have breakfast

Team Building Activities
Indulge in Team building activities and games followed by lunch.

Adventure Activity
Head to the Adventure park and Start adventure activities Zipline and Water Zorbing

Rocket Science
Learn the basics of rocket science lessons and enjoy a Veg/Non-veg BBQ and Veg dinner afterwards.

Day 4

Morning:

Rocket Science
Finish Tea & start the rocket science session. Kids will get to design 1 model rocket each with guidance. Kids will then be divided into groups of 5 to make another prototype that will be launched into the sky.

Transfer
Post breakfast & rocket launch, check-out and head to our next campsite in Jawadhu Hills.

Check In Check-in to the campsite, have lunch & head to the Observatory visit.

Campfire
A feedback session was provided about the overall camping, followed by Stargazing, Campfire and Dinner.

Day 5

Morning:

Sunrise Hike
Wake up, finish tea & head out for a morning hike to a nearby peak / view point.

Lake Kayaking
Finish breakfast & head out to the lake for a kayaking session with life-jacket

Certificate Distribution
Return to the base camp get Certification for our 4N/5D Summer camp.

Check Out Check out and head back home with beautiful memories and learnings.

Kids Special Camp at Yelagiri (Ages 8+)
- Below age 8, Parents should join the whole trip
Day 1 or Day 4 - One Night complimentary stay for one of the parents. (Age 8+)
Additional 2000/parent/night stay.

Check-out: 11.00 am Day 5

Important note: The adventure activities happen at an external adventure park (an open-for-all adventure park) 5 km from the campsite.

Exclusion:
- Transport from Chennai is not included for Parents, it costs additional 2000/seat either pickup or drop trip.
Pickup trip - Day 1 (11am - Koyembedu Metro station) from Chennai & Drop on Day 2(8pm - Koyembedu metro station) to Chennai
Drop trip - Day 4 (5am - Koyembedu Metro station) from Chennai & Drop on Day 5 (8pm - Koyembedu metro station) to Chennai

Cancellation Policy:

75% refund for all cancellations done 7 days before the date of stay
No refund for cancellations within 7 days from the date of stay
Booking dates cannot be transferred/rescheduled
In case of govt. imposed lockdowns / Covid disruptions, an option to reschedule booking to any other date within a year will be given. No refund will be issued.
Refunds if any will be credited to the source account in 7 working days

The camp is designed for children aged 8+.

2. Can kids below age 8 join the trip?
Yes, Kids can join with thier parent throughout the trip.

3. How long is the camp, and what is the cost per participant?
The camp lasts for 4 nights and 5 days, and the cost is 10,800 INR per person.

4. Are parents allowed to stay, and if so, what is the cost?
One parent can stay one night for free of cost. Additional 2000/parent/night stay.
If a parent want to stay for 4n/5d its 6000/parent.

5. What is the transportation cost from Chennai?
End-to-end transportation from Chennai to Chennai at 3000/seat.
For parents, who wants to join either pick up (Day 1) or drop trip (Day 4) the cost will be 2000/seat.

6. What meals and snacks are provided at the camp?
The camp includes all meals from dinner on Day 1 to breakfast on Day 5, along with tea, coffee, and snacks. Special veg & Non veg meals are provided as mentioned in the itinerary.

7. What‘s the cost for kids with transportation from Chennai?
The Cost with transportation from Chennai is 13,800/kid.

8. Are there any educational or learning activities included in the camp?
Yes, the camp includes educational activities like rocket science lessons, observatory visits, and astronomy and stargazing sessions.

9. What safety measures are in place for activities like kayaking?
The campsite is fully covered with CCTV.
Life jackets are provided for all kayaking activities to ensure safety.

10. How does the camp accommodate dietary requirements?
The camp offers vegetarian and non-vegetarian meal, BBQ options, along with special vegetarian meals on certain days.

11. What is not included in the camp fee?
The fee does not cover any transportation, unspecified food items, additional snacks, or personal expenses not mentioned in the inclusions.

How to get here?

1) The campsite is accessible by cars and two-wheelers, with ample parking space available. Feel free to drive your own car or bike. The exact location will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
2) You can also reach Jolarpettai by bus or train and then take a cab or auto to our Yelagiri campsite. We can assist you in making arrangements, but please inform us in advance.
3) For kids Transportation available for 3000/seat for Kids from Chennai to Chennai. (Pickup on Day 1 - 11am & Drop at Day 5 - 8pm at Koyembedu metro station)
4) For parents they can avail transportation from Chennai for either Pickup trip or Drop trip - 2000/seat

Thank you Deva and Rohit for being wonderful hosts for this summer camp ?. We throughly enjoyed the camp stay and it is very safe. @Exoticamp- Thank you for organizing this camp and executing all the activities as planned with skilled hosts ????. Dharshan says he liked Rocket science activity and would like to participate next year too ????. We reached home.
