Darjeeling 5-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Siliguri-Kalimpong

Morning - 09:30 AM: Meet your gang at Siliguri as we kickstart the journey. After a short briefing and bike allocation, we begin the scenic uphill ride through tea gardens, cool breezes, and winding mountain roads.

11:00 AM: We take you for Kalimpong sightseeing to the serene Durpin Monastery, followed by Pine View Nursery, home to rare cactus species. Later, stroll through Kalimpong’s lively local market-your first taste of hill-town charm.

Evening - 06:00 PM: Settle into your warm and cosy Kalimpong homestay for a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 2- Kalimpong-Darjeeling

Morning – 09:30 AM: Ride past misty pines to the 150-year-old Ghoom Monastery. Experience the iconic Batasia Loop and soak in soulful views at the Peace Pagoda.

Afternoon - 04:00 PM: We take you to the famous Mall Road for café-hopping, momos, thukpa, and the perfect Darjeeling vibe.

Evening - 06:00 PM: Check into your hotel for a restful night after a full day of sightseeing.

Day 3- Darjeeling-Rimbick

Early Morning - 04:00 AM: Wake up to riverside calm and explore Rimbick’s peaceful village trails.

Morning - 09:30 AM: Wel ride into the untouched forests of Rimbick, where you'll see towering pines, Srikhola River bends, and pure Himalayan wilderness.

Evening - 06:00 PM: Enjoy a forest-side stay in our cosy Rimbick lodge

Day 4-Rimbick-Mirik -Siliguri

Morning - 09:30 AM: A scenic ride takes you to the Indo-Nepal border and bustling Pashupati Market. Then unwind at beautiful Mirik Lake.

Afternoon - 03:30 PM: Hand over the bikes and enjoy a relaxing massage session arranged exclusively for you.

Evening - 06:00 PM: Rest up for your final day.

Day 5-Departure

After breakfast, we drop you off at the airport or railway station. You'll take home memories of mountains, tea gardens, and new friendships.

• Maintain silence at the stay post 10 PM

Cancellation Policy

Advance paid is non-refundable

Standard Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a 75% refund.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.

Refund Timelines

• If eligible under the above clause, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

No Rescheduling or Transfers

• Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled, regardless of personal reasons, unavailability, or a change in plans.

Cancellations Due to Government Orders or Extraordinary Situations

No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by:

• Government-imposed lockdowns
• COVID-related restrictions
• Natural calamities
• Any extraordinary circumstances beyond Exoticamp’s control

In such cases, guests will be offered the following options:

• Reschedule the booking to any date within 12 months (subject to availability), or
• Receive a full-value travel voucher, valid for 12 months, redeemable against any future Exoticamp trip.

Note: In case of such last-minute disruptions, Exoticamp will not be responsible for any travel costs incurred by guests from their place of origin to our pickup point or destination.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If a trip is cancelled due to:

• Bad weather
• Forest or trail closures
• Safety-related decisions made in the interest of guests

Guests will be offered the same two options:

• Reschedule the booking to any date within 12 months (subject to availability), or
• Receive a full-value travel voucher, valid for 12 months, redeemable against any future Exoticamp trip.

However, no refunds will be issued in such cases. This condition applies even if the cancellation is initiated by the guest based on weather forecasts or anticipated conditions.
