Tents are waterproof and can withstand rain. All our campsites also have back-up dorm or shared cottages incase there are extreme rains.
Different campsites provide different type of tents. In general there are Dome tents, Swiss Tents & Luxury tents. Dome tents accommodate 2 – 4 people, Swiss tents accommodate 4 – 6 people and luxury tents accommodate 2 – 3 people. Please do refer to the amenities section in the listings to know the type of tent.
As a thumb rule carry personal medication if any, Torch Lights, Insect repellants, Good comfortable walking shoes, reusable waterbottles, Flip Flops, Caps / Hats & sunscreen.
If you are camping during winter or camping in high altitude, cold weather campsites do carry thick clothing, thermals / sweaters, wind jackets etc.
If you are camping during monsoon do carry rain coats / rain jackets, umbrellas, spare socks etc.
Wear comfortable outdoor clothing and avoid jeans.

Since camping is an outdoor activity, there will be insects. Do carry an insect repelleant and As a thumb rule always keep your tents secured / zipped when your are not there in the tents or when you go off to sleep. Not even mosquitoes can enter the tents if it is comletely zipped.

You can bring your own tent however the tariff would be the same and there will be no reductions / discounts when you bring your own camping gear.
There are proper, neat Indian / Western Toilets with water in all the listed campsites. Please do refer to the amenities section in the listings to know the type of toilet.

Camp menu differs from campsite to campsite with most of them serving Veg and Non-veg food.

You can book a camping experience directly through booking option in each of the listed campsites. There is a minimum number of pax required for bookings & the minimum number differs from campsite to campsite.
If you are a solo traveller looking to camp you can join any of the camping events scheduled under upcoming events section. There are also camps that accept 1 pax.
To cancel, log in to your Exoticamp account, select the booking to be cancelled and click cancel booking button.
Go to List Campsite section, fill and submit the form given. Our team shall get in touch over phone and take you through the process. Once your listing is verified (which includes physical visits by our team of camping experts) your campsite will be listed in the site.

As far as the equipments, all tents are sanitised & sun-dried. Blankets & Sleeping Bags are hand-washed and sun-dried.
Each group gets their own tent. Depending on the group size 2, 3 & 4 person tents are allocated.
All campsites are 99% outdoors (barring common areas)
Sanitisers are kept in common areas & near washrooms.
Campsite staff are fever checked everyday on arrival and disposable plates, Cups & Spoons are used for serving food at the camp.
Common areas are sterilised after departure of every group of booked guests.
Our hosts can help campers with last mile travel arrangements. Charges may be applicable for such arrangements. For some scheduled camping events; we provide end to end transport assistance at an additional cost. Please note: Travel arrangement is a value added service provided for the convenience of campers.
