Start from your hometown to Delhi & proceed to Dehradun by bus / train

Day 1

Morning:

Transfer
You will be picked up from Dehradun in the morning & we'll drive towards Sankri base camp. Drive to Sankri takes you through stunning deep valleys, tall himalayan peaks, beautiful villages & along raging Yamuna & Tons rivers

Day 2

Morning:

Hiking
After a 30-minute drive from Sankri Base Camp, you embark on a captivating trek that lasts for 4-5 hours. The trail takes you through lush forests and scenic paths, leading you to the enchanting village of Osla, nestled at an elevation of 2560 meters. Camp at Osla

Day 3

Morning:

Hiking
This day brings an exhilarating ascent as you leave Osla behind and trek for 5-6 hours, gradually gaining altitude. Your destination is the majestic Base Camp at Har-ki-Dun, perched at 3450 meters. Day 4

Morning:

Hiking
Today, you ascend to the summit of Har-ki-Dun peak at 3566 meters, through the pristine Hata Valley, surrounded by towering peaks. This 5-hour trek showcases the Himalayan beauty and wilderness, providing breathtaking views and a sense of accomplishment. Descend to Base camp, Camp at Har-ki-Dun Base Camp

Day 5

Morning:

Hiking
On the fifth day, you begin your descent from the Base Camp at Har-ki-Dun, retracing your steps to the charming village of Osla. The 4-5 hour trek allows time for reflection on the remarkable journey and immersion in the tranquility of the region to reach Osla. Camp at Osla

Day 6

Morning:

Hiking
The day starts with a trek back to Taluka, followed by a 30-minute drive to Sankri. This journey takes you through the beautiful Himalayan landscapes once again, offering a chance to savor the memories and experiences of the trek. Camp at Sankri base camp

Day 7

Morning:

Hiking
On the final day, you drive from Sankri to Dehradun, a scenic route covering about 200 kilometers in 6-7 hours. From Dehradun, you continue your journey to Delhi. The next day, you return to your respective hometowns from Delhi, bringing with you cherished memories of the Har ki Dun trek.

Transportation from Delhi to Dehradun and back in Train/Bus (depends on how early you book)
Transportation from Dehradun to Sankri and back by Suv/Van
All Internal transportation according to the itinerary
Accommodation for all nights in homestays, camping tents on 2/3 sharing basis
Trekking fee, Camping Permissions, guide charges, and all associated fees

Cost Excludes:

Any meals other than those mentioned in the itinerary
Any Airfare/Train fare to the arrival or from the departure point in Delhi
Any additional transportation due to deviation from the Itinerary
Entrance for any Amusement parks or Museums or Art centers
Any portage at airports, homestays, treks, tips, insurance, drinks, mineral water, telephone charges,
and all items of personal nature
Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions
Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, and vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.

Cancellation Policy:

75% refund for all cancellations done 7 days before the date of stay
No refund for cancellations within 7 days from the date of stay
Booking dates cannot be transferred / rescheduled
In case of govt. imposed lockdowns / Covid disruptions, an option to reschedule booking to any other date within a year will be given. No refund will be issued.
Refunds if any will be credited to the source account in 7 working days

1) Reach Dehradun Railway station by Train/Bus and avail our Car/van pick-up and drop to Dehradun at 11,999

Pick-up and Drop details from Dehradun:
- Pickup at 6.00 am on Apr 20 / May 18
- Drop at 8.00 pm on Apr 26 / May 24.

2) Reach Delhi by flight / train and avail our Train/Bus + Car/van pick-up and drop to Delhi at 14,999

Flight Details:
Onward - Book flights/train that reach Delhi latest by 7:30pm on Apr 19 / May 17.
Return - Book flight/train post 9:30am on Apr 27, May 25.
